Sacha Ferrandi
Sacha Ferrandi has over 20 years in the finance and real estate industries. After graduating from Arizona State University, Sacha began a sales position at a well-known Fortune 500 company, where he earned several awards and accolades for his excellence in customer service and sales. Upon being inspired by his brother and the ability to help those in need of real estate funding, he founded Source Capital Funding in 2007 and Texas Hard Money a few years later. He has since overseen both firms’ operations—this includes underwriting over $1.4B in commercial and residential hard money loans for hundreds of brokers, borrowers, and real estate agents. Sacha has been featured on many distinguished platforms such as Fox News, Realtor.com and TED.
