To submit a guest post on our real estate marketing blog, click on ‘SIGN IN / JOIN‘ in the top left of our website in order to register for a guest blogging account.
Please note that we only accept awesome unique content focused on real estate, marketing, or technology in general.

- Create a guest blogging account
Click on ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’ in order to create your guest blogging account or ‘LOGIN’ if you have already signed up.
- Complete your guest blogging profile
Once logged in, complete your author profile along with your photo, company description, website, and social media links.
- Submit a guest post
Navigate to ‘Posts -> Add Post‘ and write your article. Please make sure you complete all the required steps including:
a. Author profile and description (Admin -> Profile)
b. Tags (Post -> Right-hand menu)
c. Featured image (Post -> Right-hand menu)
d. Yoast SEO (Post -> Bottom of page)
e. Images must be free of copyright.
f. Articles can have a ‘do-follow’ link.
g. Articles should also have a minimum word count of 600 words.
h. Articles will need to pass the Grammarly or Prepostseo plagiarism checkers.
IMPORTANT STEPS TO FOLLOW
i. Save Draft – Once your article has been written, please click on the button ‘Save Draft‘ in the top right hand corner of the WordPress admin. This saves the article and enables you to make further edits.
j. Pending Review – Once you are happy with your article, please check the box ‘Pending Review‘ then click on the button ‘Save as Pending‘.
You will now receive an automated email, which you will need to reply to and confirm you have completed all the required steps. If you do not reply to this automated email, we cannot publish the article for you.
Articles are free to post but please note that we do charge a small editorial fee.

- Publish your guest post
Once you have replied to the automated email to confirm you have completed all the required steps above, our editors will review and post your submission within 24 hours. Each article is also shared on our social media channels (Linkedin and Twitter) and sent out in our weekly newsletter (Last 20 issues).
